I keep hearing that good quality raw milk can last a month or more, so I finally checked it out. I kept one of my milks, unopened, in the fridge for 29 days.
I just opened it up and smelled it... reluctantly. Hmmmm. Smells perfectly normal!
I did the upside down milk trick a couple of times, until the cream was well-incorporated. Then I drank it. WOW. It's sweet and delicious, almost like fresh!
Try that one with pasteurized milk!
